The best sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients.
Made with your choice of tortilla.
With standards for supermarkets rising and customers no longer willing to accept anything but the freshest products, Amish Market has taken these issues to heart. Generic merchandise served in a drab atmosphere is no longer good enough for people who have a genuine diversity of options for buying their groceries. This is why New York’s fine food lovers have made Amish Market one of the most popular grocery stores in the city.
There is no horse and buggy here, but many of the products still do come straight from Amish sellers in Lancaster, Pa. But that’s not all, because Amish Market is committed to being a one-stop shop for any and all of your food needs. And that includes special niches such as wheat- or gluten-free food, as well as a variety of deli-style sandwiches, salads, pizzas and more for lunch and dinner. So next time you think of ordering food, think of ordering from Amish Market.
Honey Turkey Sandwich—With brie, peppers, green apple and lettuce
Amish Grilled Chicken Wrap—Grilled chicken, avocado, green leaf lettuce, roasted peppers, onions and special sauce
New York Combo Panini—Pastrami, corned beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard and house dressing
Quattro Formaggi Pizza—With Pecorino Romano, parmesan, provolone and fresh mozzarella
Rigatoni Bolognese—With homemade meat sauce
Lamb Shish Kebab Plate—Served with two sides

I wouldnt order from them again. Delivery takes forever and food is just ok.
I ordered pastry that they were out of and without asking they just replaced it with whatever they wanted. Never mind I dont like cinnamon pastry. Management is rude. They dont deserve your business.

Cannot understand why a restaurant would put at estimated delivery time that they will not comply with. 35-50 minutes? It took 80. Yes, it is impossible to control everything, but then again my address was a mile away. First and last time ordering. Naturally I was off for a bad start. I gave it a chance. Ate the Chicken Parmesan Brick Oven Sandwich with great difficulty. It was completely cold, even though it was wrapped in aluminum foil and trapped in a plastic tupperware. The Ceasar Salad had too much croutons for my taste. I don't even remember when was the last time I finished a Ceasar Salad and the bowl was full of croutons.

Do not order from this place! My order was an exploded bag of salad dressing and they forgot a few items. The delivery guy acted like there was nothing wrong when I called they don't even care, and put me on hold for 10 minutes food isn't even that good

consistently sloppy food, late delivery and incorrect items. I will never order from here again.

very good - consistent. not pricey.

They got every single item of my order wrong. Every. Single. Item.

Delivery came quite quick, but this was seriously the worst Chicken Parm sandwich i have ever had, can't believe it's a top ranked menu item here... it was terrible, chicken cut into strips, not enough sauce, dry... just bad...

Excellent place to order from, I highly reccommend them.

Awful customer service. I had to call 3 times to finally get my order delivered after an hour and 20 minutes. The food came and there were things missing and things that were incorrect. I never plan on ordering from this establishment again.

i'll never order a salad from Amish Market again. I paid $8.00 for a salad HALF the size of when you actually walk in to visually see what they're giving you. Also, if you ask for cherry tomatoes and avocados, check to see you receive more than 4 tomatoes in your salad bowl. You pay extra for really nothing. The person who handles their Seamless orders should be reviewed and controlled, as it's not the same quantity/quality if you go in. If i could add pictures, I would as this is seriously the smallest salad I've ever gotten.

Food is usually good but delivery service is spotty!
Posted 2 years ago by Neto A.
They delivered a bottle of water that was already opened.

Amish Market delivery is ridiculously long. It usually takes about an hour for them to deliver to my apt and they're only six blocks away. I've made peace with this. Their pastries, fresh produce, and salad bar are great. Maybe a tiny bit on the high end on the price scale, but expected for the area. So if you can take
long delivery time it wouldn't hurt to get anything here.

Really not the quality that I'm used to from other Amish Markets. And the service was awful. My soup was spilled all over the rest of my order.
Posted 2 years ago by Amy B.
THEY TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN THEY SAY. MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR.
Posted 2 years ago by Jackie C.
Multiple items we ordered were not available and for the items we did receive, they sent other brands/flavors than requested.

I love Amish Market. The quality of their freshly cut fruit is second to none, not even fresh direct or whole foods. Pizza is another thing I order often from here. Delivery is quick and accurate.
Posted 2 years ago by Shibani M.
Can't be worse. They just leave the food at the lobby for 2 hours without calling. When I called, they refused to replace the expired food, and gave me attitude. Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

always consistent and really fast delivery, highly recommend.

Their pizza is excellent!

I order from here at least twice a week while in the office. They are quick to deliver, They once forgot something and redelivered it with a candy bar as well ! The prices are very reasonable and the food is always good. They are one of our top choices for lunch.

Pizza is OK...but in a pinch it is SUPER FAST!

Always a great sandwich and they have the best snack foods!

Consistently great sandwiches and salads. They don't skimp on the meat and its always delivered hot. One of my regular go-to places for good food when I don't want to wait long for delivery. The New Yorker Brick Oven Sandwich is one of my faves.

The fruit salad I got had mold on it and was brown. Pretty disappointing.

They don't always get it exactly right... but the food is reliably good and delivery is reliably on time.

Took almost two hours for delivery to arrive.

I chose this place because it said 25-25 minutes until delivery. We are now at an hour and counting.
Posted 3 years ago by Nicholas G.
WORST EVER !!!! Delivery guy showed up as if he was mad at the whole world. Then the pizza we ordered looked like the box had been dropped on its side - all the cheese and toppings had slid off to one side. Just moved to this area and we order from Seamless three or four times a week - but never again from this place!
Posted 3 years ago by Christopher P.
Terrible! Waited an hour and a half for what was said to be 20 minute delivery only to receive cold eggs - and I mean really cold, inedible eggs. No apologies from the delivery man. Won't be ordering from here again.
Posted 3 years ago by Caspar S.
nope. seriously i can't even review the food because they waited 45 minutes to call me and tell me they'd run out of pot pies. seriously? not only are you out of pot pies by 11:30, but you wait 45 minutes to tell me, at which point i am starving and thinking that, hey the food place is calling that must mean they're here! nope it just means you get NOTHING. so i was hoping all the other reviews on their terrible service were wrong (i mean, they have four stars, right? maybe i just happened to only read the bad ones...), but shame on me for doubting reviews. DO. NOT. ORDER. unless you're not hungry after all. i better get my effing money back.

I just finished scarfing down a build your own salad from Amish Market. It was delish and exactly what I ordered (all the toppings, dressing in a generous portion on the side, etc.). Also, I also requested a significant amount of toppings and they actually listened! My salad was full of avocado, cheese, tomato, almonds, etc. I've been disappointed so many times by the amount of attention to detail but these guys nailed it. I also encourage anyone in the TriBeCa area to stop in and check out their homemade pasta/potato/chicken/tomato/vegetable salads because those are delish as well.
Delivery was quick too - they brought it all the way into my building and to my section - very nice experience. I will do it again!

Terrible service.....called after one hour and they told me my order was on its way....called 30 mins later to find out they didn't have one of the things I had ordered so they had not send it.....
Posted 3 years ago by Roger S.
I ordered food from these guys, and they quoted me a 20 to 35 minute estimate for delivery. After waiting 50 minutes, I called, and turns out they hadn't even bothered to send out the food yet. I'll never order food from these guys again.

Ordered twice from here, first time the food was ok and they forgot and item the second time the food seemed as it was raind on they said they will rush the order back it took 45min or so ...not sure how that's rushing it and it didn't seem much better. Not planing to order from there again.

this time i got a large chai tea and was disappointed to see only one tea bag in the cup. it was so watered down, it was hardly drinkable. otherwise, whole wheat toasted bagel with scallion cream cheese was delicious, although a little on the small side as far as bagels go. Quick delivery though.

DO NOT ORDER FROM AMISH MARKET. After 90 minutes there was still no sign of the food and the phone number was busy (despite 15 attempts to call).

Quesadilla was burned. Delivery took 53 minutes. Put wrong Pop in the bag.

Their food is very good but they can take forever to deliver. Two times that I ordered I had to wait over an hour for the food. These were for large orders, however.

I was working late on a Sunday night in the Financial District. Unknown to me it was pouring rain outside. The delivery guy (who appeared to be an Amish Market employee based on his Amish Market shirt) was pleasant and made no mention of having braved a thunderstorm (unlike other guys who have delivered to me through bad weather). Had I known, I would have been quite eager to supplement his tip. I only figured it out by how wet the bag was when I returned to my desk. The food was just what I ordered and it was good. (Try the Gozleme. Yum.)
I feel bad for folks who have had bad experiences. This was my first order and delivery. I hope nothing happens to change my high opinion of their service and food. Amish Market is okay by me.

I was craving a chicken roll, the weather was rainy and Amish Market was offering a 20% discount. SCORE! lol I could not be happier. The food arrived when promised and the roll is excellent. I will order from them again. :D

we order from here multiple times per week. The food is good and the delivery is fast. HOWEVER the order is wrong almost EVERY DAY. I don't understand why. There is almost always something off about the order. I called and very nicely complained and they were very nice about my complaint but it has never improved. Also, the delivery men are very nice but every time we order a hot drink it spills... We feel bad sending them back so usually we just give up and eat whatever they send, but if you really care about getting your order right, you may want to call instead of using seamless.

Waited an hour and a half for a sandwich... sandwich was soggy and cold when it finally arrived. Waste of $15... thanks Amish Market!

My food arrived cold and my order was incorrect. On top of that, the delivery person refused to bring it to the 5th floor where my office is located (in a walk up building). He called my cell when he arrived and asked how to get to the 5th Floor. I told him the stairs and he hung up on me. I waited patiently for him to appear, but no go. Six minutes later, someone from Amish Market called and said I needed to go down to the lobby to get my order. Well, I actually ordered IN lunch because I have a knee injury and am on crutches -- going up and down the stairs in near impossible. When I explained that, she asked me three times what floor I was on and said she'd send him up. I managed to hobble down one flight and met him there - where he refused to speak to me when I asked if that order was for me, wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge my thank you. The cold, incorrect sandwich and soda and delivery hassle puts this place on our office's black list.

Ordered pizza, came 1+ hour later... Pizza was a mess (box was mishandled) and cold! Called amish, manager did not offer a resolution... apparently it is my fault they are busy and unable deliver and keep your food warm....

I love the Italian Wrap w/oil & vinegar...a must

I thought the taco bowl was a salad - my mistake as greens are not listed (and are not offered as an add-on option). However, despite the lack of lettuce, this item was fresh and delicious! I would order again, but will add a side salad or other vegetable. The food came very fast, within 20 minutes of ordering.

Use to be terrific. However, the on-line menu was recently reduced and the food quality became noticeable worse. Perhaps a change in management?
Posted 4 years ago by Eric S.
The food is good however delivery isn't 20-35 more like 65-75 minutes, 4th time, so it isn't coincidental.
Posted 4 years ago by Krystel R.
Set a delivery time but the food arrived an hour late. They ignored the special instructions given and the delivery guy didn't understand English well enough to understand the instructions I gave him over the phone.

My food has so far taken an hour and 40 minutes (and counting). Terrible service; my coworkers and I have had similar experiences. Never again!
Posted 4 years ago by Jill D.
I have ordered from this place about 20 times. I'd say maybe 6 or 7 times the order is completely wrong and nothing has ever been done... except me not ordering from them anymore.
Posted 5 years ago by Anthony R.
Delivery is HORRIBLE, and half the time they call back saying they do not have what ordered.
Posted 5 years ago by melissa G.
No issues with the food. But if you don't have half your menu available, you probably should have that noted on the web. Also, if you are already delivering something I did not want to begin with, maybe it's a good idea to deliver it on time and not a good 20 min after your self-appointed delivery window. Never ordering from them again.

The Parma Ham pizza was good but could do with more meat and aragula and fresh mozzarella.
Just make sure you order before 8.15pm otherwise you will find they will tell you that the pizza oven is closed around 8.30-8.45pm or some other excuse...

Amish market does truly great gyro sandwiches and platters. They do decent burger, pizza, etc. so when my kids don't agree everyone can find something.
Posted 6 years ago by Monica g.
For the second time, the order was incorrect. Over and over again they have to call me because they don't have what I ordered. Always, there is something missing from the order. The food is wonderful - when you can get what you order. Most of the time the order is ruined by the incompetance.
